CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation Policy:
As your dedicated fitness trainer, I value our partnership and commitment to your health and wellness journey. To ensure smooth operations and to respect both our time and resources, I require a minimum of 30 days notice for any and all cancellations of services.
All cancellation requests must be submitted directly through me, Bodies By Dezine (Denice), your fitness trainer. This allows us to discuss any concerns you may have and explore potential alternatives before finalizing the cancellation.
To initiate the cancellation process, please contact me via support@bodiesbydezine.com. I'm here to address any questions or issues you may encounter and provide support throughout the transition period.
Upon receipt of your cancellation request, I will work with you to finalize any remaining sessions or commitments, as well as provide guidance on maintaining your fitness regimen independently, if desired.
Please understand that this 30-day notice requirement ensures fair treatment for both parties and allows for proper adjustments to be made through your payment service provider as well as to my schedule and client roster.
I reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance to ensure transparency and clarity.
