The GRITT of the Matter Podcast is a calm, supportive space centered on real-life resilience, body trust, and moving forward with intention.
We welcome honest stories — including difficult seasons, recovery journeys, and real-life challenges — while maintaining a tone that is grounded, respectful, and mindful of listeners who may be navigating tender moments of their own.
When sensitive experiences are shared, the focus remains on reflection, growth, and what has helped along the way.
Along with personal stories, guests who bring professional knowledge or specialized experience related to health, resilience, or personal growth are always welcome to share their perspective.
Our intention is always to leave listeners feeling supported, understood, and gently hopeful.
If particularly sensitive topics are part of your story, we may briefly connect before recording to ensure they are shared in a way that aligns with the heart of the podcast and best supports our audience.
Every episode is unique, but conversation question examples:
• Lessons your body or life journey has taught you
• Moments that didn’t go as planned — and what came from them
• Encouragement for someone who feels stuck
• What “moving forward with GRITT” means to you personally
These are guiding themes — not a script. You don’t need perfect answers. Just come as you are.
