Each year, the Embrace Your Personal Journey Virtual 5K helps bring awareness to different health journeys, personal challenges, and meaningful causes through movement, encouragement, and community support.

The Embrace Your Personal Journey was created to remind people that every journey looks different. Whether you walk, jog, modify, restart, or simply show up — your progress matters.
This virtual event is open to all fitness levels, abilities, and stages of life. The goal is encouragement, community, and moving forward at your own pace and can be completed from anywhere.
