By participating/registering for this virtual 5K event, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating and am solely responsible for my own health, safety, and well-being.

I understand that this is a self-directed physical activity and agree to consult a healthcare provider before beginning any fitness program.

I release the event organizer and affiliates from any and all liability related to injuries or damages that may occur during my participation.
